Return and Refund Policy

At Sheelah Haider Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms below.

Refund & Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7–14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. 
  • Items must be: 
    • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging 
    • In resalable condition 
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase 
  • Returns are accepted only for: 
    • Damaged or defective products 
    • Wrong items delivered 
    • Expired or near-expiry products 
    • Allergic reactions supported with reasonable proof (if applicable) 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products 
  • Promotional, clearance, or sale items 
  • Personal hygiene products 
  • Gift cards and vouchers 


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. 
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method only. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the store. 


Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Incorrect shade, size, or product received 
  • Manufacturing defects 
  • Damaged packaging upon delivery 

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Important Notes

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon delivery. 
  • Any complaints should be reported within 24–72 hours after receiving the order. 
  • Photos or videos may be required for damaged item claims.
