- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns are accepted only for:

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

- Promotional, clearance, or sale items
- Personal hygiene products
- Gift cards and vouchers
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the store.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
